Repeat visitors will know the Roadhouse as the magical little cabin in the woods that once housed Wendy Riley's famous Moon Over Naikoon Bakery. You can still sometimes smell the hint of cinnamon buns wafting through the cabin. The Roadhouse is off grid and rustic, cozy and nestled in a forest of towering spruce trees. There is a queen bed upstairs in a private loft and a queen futon bed downstairs. A foam mattress is also available for bigger groups. Everything for a comfortable stay is provided - just bring provisions!
The Roadhouse has a private composting outhouse steps from the cabin, hot running water, electricity for basics, drinking water, a stocked kitchen, a bar fridge/freezer and plenty of firewood to keep warm on rainy days. It's about a two minute walk down the driveway to North Beach. We are pleased to offer a WIFI free environment, and cell service is limited in the cabin but excellent on the beach.
